Gins render it entirely useless that he should say
ny thing in their favor, or add a single certificate,
out of the mauy which he has on hand. They are
warranted to perform equal to any made in Georgia,
with good gearing and attention.
All orders promptly attended to. Repairing faith
fully done and warranted on Gins of his own make,
which are always repaired first and at twenty-five
oer cent, less cost than those made at other factories.

three hundred and sixty-eight, (368) in the 2nd dist.
of Dougherty county, and against trading fora set
of Titles based upon an illegal Deed made by the
drawer of said l.ot of Land, to Joshua W..Hodges,
the said Deed dated in 1852, being his second Deed
a nd Conveyance to the same lot. I hold the original
Grant and the Drawers Deed and conveyance to me,
dated in 1837. and recorded in 1849, and intend to
establish the honesty of said first conveyance, and
