0-ROVER & BAKER'S
SEWING MACHINES.
R EASONS why the GROVER & BAKER Ma
chine is universally prefered for family sewing:
1st. It is more simple, and easier kept in order,
than any other MacnHL -
%2d. It makes a scam 'which will not rip or ravel,
though everynhiiyl-'stitch is cut.
3d. It sews from two ordinary spools, and thus
all trouble of winduf thread is avoided, while the
same machine can Pe adapted at pleasure, by a mere
changentf upool; to all varieties of work.
4th. The*i nine machine runs silk, linen thread,
and common spool^cotton with equal.facility.
5th. The aeanrHas elastic as the roast elastic
fabric, so that--if L free from all liability to bi
washing, ironing, or othei wise.
6ih. The stitch made by this machine is more
beautiful than any other made, either by hand or
machine.
Merchants can secure the sales of these Machines
in their different localities, with profit to themselves
and their customers, by applying to the undersigned
owners of the Right for Georgia.
These Machines are always on exhibition at their
Sales Room, on Broad street.
