It wan recently stated that an injunction had
been granted against the Bruaewiok A Albany
Railroad. The necessary bonds havo been
given, aud the work ou the road ugaiu pro
gresses. A similar injunction against the
Macon & Brunswick Railroad, got out by the
same parties in Bavanuab, cams before the
.Supreme Court of Georgia recently, aud the
judgment of a lower eonrt was confirmed, dis
solving tho injunction. Tho snit against the
Greenville A Columbia Railroad Company of
South Carolina for the foreclosure of the mork»
gage upon their road, brought by cer
tain holders of their first mortgage bonds,
has been nettled to tha mutual satisiaotiou of
