Personal.—The Montgomery Mail learns that

la, intends removing his residence to Mont-
tromery.
The Supreme Court of Louisiana decided on
the 4th inst., that a depositor of Confederate mo
ney with a banker, had no contract that contd be
enforced by the Courts, on the gronnd that it was
transaction against good morals, as the de-
i ositor was aiding in the circulation of means by
winch the rebellion was promoted. Thedeposi-
