Commencing at tho crossing of Whitehall streot with
the Western A Atlantic Railroad, and running up the
soath side of said railrod to tbe incorporation line, then
down Mid line to the center of Whitehall street, then
north along the center of said street to the starting point,
and which shall bo known and constitute Ward number
One.
Commencing at tha center of tho crossing of Whitehall
street, at the Western A Atlantic Railroad, and running
east down the railroad to the crossing of Calhoun street,
in tho rear of the Georgia Railroad workshop, then south
along the middle of said street to the center of McDon
ough street, thence along tho center of McDonough street

ter of Whitehall streot at its crossing at tho Incorporation
