ingly. Any person can go to any vender of tho Georgia
State Lottery, select their own numbers, aud the vendor
will give a ticket of the same—the vendor will enter the
same numbers upon the Manager’s register—nnd pur
chasers will be careful to see them entered upon tho reg
ister, as the managers are responsible lor that only

ings are in public, as follow’s: On the drawing of the
lottery numbers from 1 to 78. printed on separate pieces
of paper, ore eucircled with brass tui»e», and one by oue

numbers well mixed. It is then opened, and a troy, blind
folded, draws ou» one number, which is opened aud ex
hibited to the audience. Tins operation is repeated uutll

Commencing at tho crossing of Whitehall street with
the Western & Atlantic Railroad, and running tip the
south side of said railrod to the incorporation irne, then
down said line to tho center of Whitehall street, thm

and which shall bo known and constitute Ward number
