State Lottery, select their own numbers, and the vendor
will give a ticket of tbe same—the vendor wlii enter the

Every ticket has the clas* numbered on it, and the draw
ings are in public, as follows : On the drawiug of the
lottery numbers from 1 to 7*. printed on separate pieces

numbers well mixed. It Is then opened, and a boy, blind
