north, and Mr. Thomas on the south, and a lot now, or
formerly owned by J. A. Hayden, containing half un aero,
more or less, levied on as the property of John Nor
man. to satisfy a fl. fa. issued from the County Court of
Fulton county in favor of J. A. Mridwell A Son. Pro-
perty pointed out by defendant, and now iu possession
of defendant.

consisting, in part, of calicoes muslins, linens, clothing,

as he property of E E. Winn, to satisfy a fl. fa. issued
