VTPON the petition of Thomas T Napier, shewing
mU that Raymond Harris, on the 5th day of May
in t no year eighteen hundred and twenty seven, did
Mongage to your petitioner the following tracts or
parcels of land to wit: L t No. sixteen in the Gtb
district of Muoroo aounty, lying on the waters of the
Tobejuky, also the north halt of lot No. two bun-
dred and fifly-s s in the twelllb district of Monroe
county, the whole containing three hundred and one
fourth acres more or lcs>, for tbe beUer securing (he
payment of three promissory notes fur sis hundred
dollars each, hearing even date with said Mortgage:
and it appearing to tile Court that there is now due
on said Mortgage six bundled dollars principal and
£fty four dollars interest.
it is on motion, therefore ordered, that the said
Raymond Harris do pay into the Clerk's office of this
court the principal and interest duo thereon before
the next term of this court, as in default thereot tbe
equity of redemption in and to said mortgaged pre
mises will ba forover barred and foreclosed; audit is
further ordered, that this Rule be published once a
momh from this time for six months in one of tbe
public Gazettes in Ibis state, or bn servod personally

<ot jd.iuary 1829. Isaiah Hutchens did mortgage Lot
No. 83, in the 14th district of Houston county, for the
forthwith securing the paymeut of the sum of seventy-
five dollars and interest, and that the same is now due

snay be filed ia terms of the law. It is therefore on
motion ordered, that the said Isaiah Hutchens shew,
causa at tho next term of this court, why the equity
of redemption of said mortgage, of in ana to tbe said
mortgaged premises should not be forever barred and
foreclosed, and that he bo named to pay in the clerks
office of this court, tho principle ana interest due
therein, on or before tho next term of this-Court.—
