for Ibe survey and distribution by lottery, of lands in
the occupancy of the Cherokees, nud of otherlands
claimed ax Creek lands, passed on the 21st day of De
cember, 1830, do give their nereoaal aMMMWce, nt
the State House in Milledgevllle, on Monday die 2d
day of April next, for tbe purposoof filing their bonds,
nnd Inking the oath prescribed by law, adjusting ibeir
chains and compasses, and complying tully xvith nil
and lingular the'requirements of said act, then anil
there to ba observed end performed. Immediately
after which, they will be ordered to proceed to tlin
execution' of Ihe surveys required by said act. and by
an act of the General Assembly, to lay out tbe Gold
Regions into small lots, and dispose of tbe same b*
