shews, that Nancy Malohc did, on the third
.lay of January, 1823. esecute trt lilm her mortgage on
Lot No. 23, in the second district of Houston now

acrei, to secure tli^ payment of a note of hand origin*
ally given for fifty dollars, upon which there is remain
ing due the sum of forty-one dollers, sixty-eight and
throe-fourth cents principal and twenty-seven Mol-
jars and forty-eight cents interest- -
Whereupon, it is ordered by the Coart, that the
principal, interest anil cost due upon the said mort
gage, he paid into this Court on or before the first day

uel Ridgeway and Wiley Thaxton to fifty dollars; the
other a dark hay with a star in his forehead, both bind
