T HE. petition of James J Moore respectfully
shews, that Nancy Malone did, on the third
day of January, 1823. execute to him her mortgage on
Lit No. 23, in the second district of Honslou now
Bihli county, containing two huurired two and a half
Ceres, to secure tker payment of • note nl hand origin-
ally given for fifty dollars, upon which there is remain-
ingr lue the sum of forty-one dollars, sixty-eight ami
tliree-faurth cents princi|ial and twenty-seven 'dol
lars and forty-eight cents interest.
Whereupon, it is ordered by the Court, tint'lie
principal, interest "and cost due upon the laid mort
gage, be paid into (his Court nn or before (he first day
of the next term of tills Court, and that a copy ol this
rule be published in one of the pnblic Gerettes in Mn-
con, once n month far four months, before the next
term of this Court, or bn served upon said Nancy
fifal'nne three mouths before the next term of this
Court.
