of a tract on Cat-Head creek, in the county of M‘ln
tofh, containing in the whole, between three and four
thoiiiand acres, of excellent land lit for the culture of
Rice and Cotton.—-An excellent dwelling-house, with
iicci llary out-buildings, and fix lots adjoining therto,
in the town of Darien.—One undivided half of the
township of M'lntofh, adjoining Darien, and fronting
on the Abitamaha river.—Several acres or high and
low land adjoining the city of Savannah to the eastward.
The high land may he laid out into lots, or the whole
make all excellent farm, l’art of this tract is at prelent
improved and subject to a I,cafe.— The titles to laid
property are indilputable, and a general warranty for
the fame, will be given to the purchafer....For further
