of a traCt on Cat-Head creek, in the county of M‘ln
tofh, containing in the whole, between three and four
thousand acres, of excellent land fit for the culture of
Rice and Cotton. —An excellent dwellmg-houfe, with
r.eceflary out-buildings, and fix lots adjoining therto,
in the town of Darien,—One undivided half of the
township of M'lntofii, adjoining Darien, and fronting
on the Alatamaha river.—Several acres of high and
low land adjoining the city of Savannah to the eaflward.
The high land may he laid out into lots, or the whole
make an excellent farm. Part of this tradl is at prelent
improved and subject to a Lease.—The titles to laid
property are inditputable, and a general warranty for
the fame, will he given to the purchafer....For further

Peter Ward, deceased, and now to he disposed

ton Land, and the left trail is of the first quality
