the city of Savannah, in the state of Geor
gia, planter, stating a Deedof Conveyance from
John Graham, hte of the province of Georgia,
to John Calchvcll, late of South-Carolina, for
twelve hundred uerc-i o! land, situate in tlicpte
sent county oi i.ibct'y, in the state of Georgia,
known by the name of Baillie • r.cck ; bounded
south'and southwest on North-Newport river
and land of Robert Nobles, cast and northeast
on land of George Nobles and vacant land, and
north and northwest on vacant land, bearing date
the day of— , one thousand seven hun
dred and sixty-four; a copy w hereof, as nearly as
the petitioner could recollect, was annexed to
said petition, is now lodged in the clerk’s office,
together wini an affidavit, pursuant to the acts
of this state, of force in such cases, has been
lost or dc-.troycd ; and praying the benefit in
tended by the afotesaid acts, and other circum
stantial proof being laid before the court: It is
ordered, that the said Deed of Conveyance,
from the said John Graham to John Caldwell,
for the land aforesaid, be established as direct
ed by law, on the said Thomas oung publish
ing a weekly notice, in one of our public ga
zettes of this state, for the space of si:: calen
der months, unless good and sufficient cause
shall be shewn to the contrary, w ithin the said
six months, or other mailer shall appear to the
court against the same.

wherein Philip M’Kennon became indebted to

sum ol one hundred and forty-three dollars, lev
enty-five cents—and that fatd Joseph Morgans
in his life time, bought Ltd agreement of faicl
Burncman, which said agreement is loft or
mislaid

Caution.
WHEREAS, I did on the 28th of December
1306, give two certain notes of hand to Henry
Everitt, for one hundred dollars each, one of which was
made payable in two, and the other in three yours
from their date ; and whereas I alio, about the 20th of
February, 1807, gave said Henry Everitt lay note of
hand for eighty dollars, payable the first of January,
181('. Now, Ido hereby fairly and puhicly caution,
and (orwarn all perions againll trading for, receiving
in payment, or having any tiling to do with said notes,
as 1 have inconteftible ollsetts and receipts againtl the
lame and am determined not to pay them, for the plain

I am apprehensive that the above deferibed Negroes
will maake to fome sea port, in order to take /hipping.
Any peafon that will apprehend the said negroes,
and deliver them to the fubferiber, or secure them fer

about seven years ; her name is Mary. She
fays that lie belongs to James M’lntofh, of
this place. The above reward will be paid to
any person that will lodge said wench in Sa
vannah Jail, and neeefiary expences paid She
ha3 been used to lioufc work, is a cook and
waiter, See. and occasionally ha3 worked in the
field. I expeft that said wench has gone to
Augusta, or was landed at Purisburgh, as I
have reason to apprehend, that she left this
in one of the Augusta boats.
