No. 79 ] FOR LIVERPOOL, CHARLES, Zachatuah Atwell, matter; WiF meet with immediate difpach having two thirds her cargo ready to go bn board, for freight of the re mainder, or pafTage, having excellent acci mmodations apply to the captain on boaid, or to James & William Magee. July 11. o 73 SLOOP EXPERIMENT, FOR PASSENGERS ONLY. Eiiitu S. Bunker, I) EGS ‘eave to inform his friends and the public, that t he wi l, on the firll of July, commence running a •loop, of ab nit one hundred and ten tons burthen, be tween the cities of NEW-YORK and HUDSON, (or the purpose of carrying passengers. Few people, who have had occasion to take palfage tip or down the North River, but have experienced the inconvenience and rifque of going on board velfels deeply loaded and lumbered on deck ; therefore cap tain i.unker has determined to take no freight on hoard the Experiment, which will remedy that inconvenience and entirely do away the rifque. The owners of this vtffel, being desirous to render the pafi'age as short, convenient and agreeable as pos sible, have not only taken care to lurnilh her with the bed Beds, Bedding, f.iquors, Piovifions, &c. but they have been at very great, expense and trouble in procur ing materials and bui ding her on the bell conflruction for failing and lor the accommodation of ladies and gen tlemen travelling on bulinessor forpleafure. The Experiment will leave New-York every Wed nesday evening precisely at (> o’clock, and Hudson every Sunday morning at 8 o’clock, through the sea- j son. Captain Bunker having en several years engaged in 5 the freighting business between New-York and Hud son, has become well acquainted with every part of the river; and he hopes, by attention and punctua'ity, to merit the patronage of ladies and gentlemen from the southward, who may visit the celebrated Bai lston, Saratoga, and Lebanon Springs, or trave eis w ho may have occasion to travel through the northern states. The shortness of the paffa eto Hudson, when compared with that to Albany, or any place above Hudson, (where the river is impeded by bars, iilai ds and overflows that render it mpoffible for fall failing velfels to pass) he thinks wil. induce moll peop.e who ate acquainted with the difference, to take palTage to Hudson, where carriages or boats can at ali times be had at a moderate expenle, to convey them to Mbany, Troy, Lanfmgburgh, or the Lebanon Springs, wiiich are about 30 mi.e . distance. ” Hudson, N.
