The present stock-holders who re side in any part of Europe, and may assent to that modification, may, ut their option, receive the interest accru ing on the new stink, either in the U nited States as heretofore*, or in Lon don or AmsteuLm, at par; in which lust case, the interest will be paid there by the bankers of the United States, six months subsequent to the day on which the same would be payable in the United States and subject to no variation ; nor to any other deduc tion than a commission to the bankers, of one half per cent, on the interest thus paid.
