that he is confined in the con.men jail of the
town of St. Mat y’s, by virtue cf process issuing
from the Intendant’s court of said tov., at the
instance of Messrs. Wattermc.n &Hannay, and
that he is unable to satisfy the same, but is wil
ling to surrender his estate, both leal and per
sonal, for the benefit of his creditors, and pray
ing that the act for insolvent debtors may be
extended towards him:

creditors of the said Charles Homer attend at
