Georgia Stone Lime.
The. subscriber having made ?.n establish
ment on Briar creek, Scriven county, r for tlie
purpose of burning Stone Lime, now offers to
supply this article, of equal quality, afi‘d at less
price, than it is usually imported from the
vorthem states, and solicits the citizens of
Georgia to encourage liis pursuit by affording
a preference to the productions of their own
state. =•
The imported lime fluctuates in price inpro-
jortion to demand, from two dollars and a half
o three dollars and a half per barrel, an;;
ields, on an average, eight bushels when sl;;ck
d. The medium price will be three dollars
er barrel, or thirty-seven and a half cents per
usliel. The subscriber will furnish it screen-
d for use at Savannah, at twenty-five cents
:>er bushel, or at the kiln, to which it is navi
gable for large flats, at 18 3-4 cents.
