has been established by the coart of ordinary of
Chatham county, as tbe list will of the said
dec. and the subscriber as admtuistiator ot the
estate being about to pay over to the executor
named in said will all the money and tbe pro*
eeeds of the personal property of said estate,
all persons basing any claims whatever against
tire estate are desired to bring them forward in
aixty days from this dale, in order the; they

the BAKING BUSINESS in all its branches,

her child Saras- Any person who will- ap
prehend said’ wench and child, and deliver
them in Savannah gaol, so I get them, shall
receive the above reward. Peggv is a black
woman of ordinary heighib; her child from 12
to 18 minths old, yellow complexion—they
lately belonged to Major Thomas Bourke. All
persons are cautioned against harboring the
said wench and child, and all masters of vessels
from carrying them off, under the severest pe

was lately an American ship, owned by, and
belonging,to, an American citizen o.' citizens,

virtue of the laws of the United Slate?, whilst
the said ship was an American vessel and own*
ed by American citizens; all which actings
and doings are in violation of the seventh sec.
tion of an act of congress, passed on the thirty,
first day of December, vne thousand seven hun*
dred and thirty two entitled an act concerning
the registering and recording of ships or ve*.
sell; by reason whereof, and by virtue of th*
said act of congress, the said ship Wellington,
with her tackle, apparel and furniture, have
become forfeited to tbe United Slates.
Now, therefore, yon, the said marshal, are
hereby commanded to cite and admonish all
and every person or persons having, or p»-
tending to have, any interest or claim in oms
the said ship Wellington, to be, and appear, at
a special court of admiralty, to be held at the
court house in the city of Savannah, op the
second Tuesday in August ntxt, to answer the
premises, and that right and justice may be
done in this behalf; and whatsoever you shall
do in the premises, certify and make know*
