Nor is this fiie vain boast made when danger is fur in the distance. It is our firm determination, made urter serious thought, and w eighing well the diificulhes we are to meet with. The Chronicle will lie issued as early as the necessary materials can he obtained from New- Vork, which will h| in December or early in Jan uary next.
