branch of die Alatomoba River, in Glyuu Coun
ty, Ga., containing (3430) three thousand four
hundred ami Uiirty acres, of which (580) five hun
dred and eighty acres are first quality River
Swamp, (300) diree * hundred acres are under
good banks and in a fine state of cultivation. A-
bout (700) seven hundred acres of prime Inland
Swamp, well adapted to U;e culture of Cottou or
Corn, nud (2150) two thousand one hundred and
fifty acres of heavy timbered pine land. On the
premises ore a comfortable dwelling House, Ne
gro Houses, Barns, Blacksmith Shop, and every
