Ogechee Neck, bounded by lands formerly Mor
el’s and Young's, now Roger’s, containing 1076
acres, of which 320 are cleared and have been
J ilanted in cotton and provisions; 200 acres rich
ow hammock and swamp, uncleared; the remain
der pine, and dry salt marsh, which might be re
deemed at little expense, On tho premises are a
new dwelling, cotton, comaud negro houses,
witli plantation utensils, and a supply of provis
ions for tho negroes till another crop. Tiio place

situated on tin Montgomery road, near Hanar’s
bridge, and on Vomon river,containing360 acres,
adjoining the lauds of Adams—125 acres cleared
and suitable for planting or pasture, the remain

which muy be made a comfortable dwelling.

terials, and is copper fastened.
She is 126 feel long; 26 feet beam, and 8 feet

Her engine is a lever beam, of 80 horse power,
built by C. Reeder, of Baltimore, under the par-
ticulrur inspection of the late W. Scarborough,
Esq. Her boiier is new, having been in use but
a few months; it was built by Fuwcete, Puston &*
Co. of Liverpool, at a cost of $6,500. Ilor cab
in is well flirnished with 12 borths, wash rooui and
water closets.
The boat is well found, with nneher, chain ca
ble?, bawders, cooking and cabin itovc--, cabin
furniture, beading, &c. and is now in •.*>■ < 1 order
