T HE Cotton Plantation known as Sombre-
mondo, situate iu Bryan county, on Great
Ogecheo Neck, bounded by kinds formerly Mor
el’s and Young’s, now Roger’s, containing. 1076
acres, of which 320 are cleared and have been
planted in cotton and provisions; 200 ncrca rich
low hnmmock imd swamp, uncleared; the remain
der pine, aud dry salt marsh, which might bo re
deemed at little oxpensc. On the premises arc a
new dwelling, cotton, corn and negro houses,
with plantation utensils, and a supply of provis
ions tor the negroes till another crop. The place
is on tho salts and healthy, with n good landing
for sloops 200 ynrds from the settlement. 34 Ne

healthy gang.

situated on the Montgomery road, near Hauar’s
