Lo Cordial de Lnclnc—Ou I’EIIx- Ir de i'Aividiir. fpilE subscriber has tlie pleasure of nnnnnnc- JL ing to tlie citt'/.tus of the United 8tate«, that he has purchased, for a very Inrgo stun and from the inventor, the cclebrateil Dr. Mnjvnin, of Paris, tho recipe and right for making this astonishing medicine. Until the appearance of the “Luchin Cordial,” (about three years since) it was thought that tlie complaints which it speedily overcomes, were beyona die reach of human remedy, as for upwards of a thousand years, they Imd hn'ffled the wisdom and ingenuity of the most profound phy- sicianam all parts of iho world. This Cordial, however, to the great advantage of the huninn race, soon proved itself to be the desidemtuni so long fought for; and accordingly.nofcvilhstnnding tlie brief period of its existence, it has acquired u celebrity so great, that it is eagerly sought for throughout the civilized globe. Dr. Mugnin soon finding that the demand was so vast as to render a supply impossible, disposed of the recipe and right of sale, under obligations of secrecy, for England and the United States, and other coun tries, only preserving Franco and Italy for himself. T(ius has the subscriber possesed luinself of tho invaluable secret, and now hastens to give the in- habitants of his tine of Bgeuey the benefits of his speculation. s “Lc Cordial de Lucine,” or, in English, “the Lucina Cordial,” is it general invigorator of the hu man frame. Ill all the various cases of laugnor. lassitude and debilitation, it is an unfailing reme dy, as it Is equulty its province to impart cheer- fulness and decision to the miud, as health and vi gor to the body. But the peculiar virtue on Which its celebrity i* based, is the fhcility and certainty with which it restores the virile powers when they huvo been destroyed by disease, tune, reckless ness, of auy of tlie numerous causes which termi nate in the prostration of tho-*e functions. In common with the generality of really good medicines, this Cordial contains nothing of a mer curial or deleterious uature, among the many in gredients which compose it; but is, at the same time, so simple, yet no efficacious, thut while it can renovate the prostrated energies of u giant, ail in fant may use it, not only with impunity, but with advantage. The usages of society are unfortunately such that, notwithstanding the benefits which would be sure to result from’it, we cannot enter into an an alysis of this inestimable Cordial hqpe, or pdblish many of the documents which have been receiv ed, as vouchers of the blessings it has conferred on numbers of despairing individuals. But tliis we cauuot forbear remarking—that it has been de-, monstrnted that there is scarcely ever, if any such thing nt nil, ns natural barrenness, or ns natural imbecility oftlie procrenut functions in either sex; and. therefore, tliuf those evils are the effects of artificial causes, and may he speedily subdued and removed by the use of “Le Cordial do. Lucino.” Tlie Luchin Cordial is nko nn indubitable euro for the Gleet, and tho Fluor Albns, obstructed, difficult or painful Menstruation; also, for the incontinence of Urine or the involuntary dis charge thereof. It is likewise nn Invaluuble and unrivalled medicine in cases of Chronic irrup tions of tlio skin, und iu tlie dropsical affections of the aged. Most important to tho American Public. The United Stales proprietor of the celebrated Luchin Cordial, or Elixir of Love, hogs to lay be fore the community, the following certificate, which lie has received from the iuveutor, the illus trious Dr. Magnin. of Paris: “This la to-certify, that 1 have disposed of tlie recipe for making the Lucina Cordial; or Elixir of Love, and also the right to sell it throughout the United States of North America, to'Jnhn Winters Holdenvell, M.
