BEWARE OF FRAUD.
T HE unprecedented popularity of this bonofi-
cent and inestimable CORDIAL in the U-
uited States, has induced one or more unprinci
pled persons to manufacture spurious catdipcnny
articles, under various names, and purporting to
proiluee the same effect; but which, iu reality, pro
duce no other effect than thqt of swindling the
public; nud to give a yet more plausible appear
ance of thoir cupidity, those persons affect that
their wretched nostrums have been in use in
England und elsewhere for a number of years;
whereas, until the illustrious Dr. Magnin made
his wondorful discovery, uo cure forharrenucss
had been ever thought of, or at least made pub
lic ; nnd all those then in use for the restoration
ofthe decayed virile powers were found to he of
but little avail. Thus, nil nostrums advertised
for barrenness or the cure of jmpotency,4»it Dr.
Magnin’s are mere cntchpenny humbugs, which
would never have been though* of but for the ap
pearance nud great celebrity of the LUCINA
CORDIAL. As no counterfeit ofthe name is
nt present in circulation, it mny in geuorul be a
sufficient caution for the purchaser to a*k for the
Lucina Cordial, but as further assurance,it would
be ns well to note that its name, Lucina Cordial,
or Elixir nf Love, is stamped in the gluss of each
bottle—the combined arms of Frauce and the U-
nited States arc on the outward envelope-that
a Fleur de Lis is printed on the accompanying
directions, and beautifully embossed on the show
hills hanging in filestores of those who have file
genuine article for sale.
The celebrity of the Lucina Cordial being such
as it is, it is scarcely necessary to add that it is the
only cfficinnt remedy for barrenness, nndJlic res
toration of decayed \ irile powers cv^Bwn;
and thatin the cure of Fluor Albus,GleeHJnruc-
ted, difiicult or painful Menstruation, the incon

thereof, its superiority over every other medicine
is not only decided, hut unquestionable. For
