It speedily pro motes a regular nnd healthy appetite whicli is generally entirely destroyed or rendered very precarious; by winch effect, vigor nnd strength is soon afforded to the whole system. It must bo apparent to all*, that a medicine possessing these peculiar virtues, is useful in a great variety of complaints. By renewing the healthy action of the digestive organs, it has proved itself of ro- markable benefit in dyspepsia, depraved appotite, heart-burn, water brush, flatulency, jaundice, night sweats, dysentery, bowel complaints, and all other affeciioiw of similar origin, but it is in* tho treatment of Fevers, and especially in Fever and Ague, or Remittent Fever, that its powers have been principally tested, aud with those who havo seen its usefulness, it is pronounced sover eign to nil remedies lierntoforo discovered fa those diseases.
