Adams, to tho late Paul II. Wilkins, deceased,
hearing date at Savannah, the 24th February,
1838, lor eighty one dollars, nud fifty cents, pay*
able to P. II. Wilkins or bcurer, ten days after
date, and ul>o, the accompanying affidavits. It is
ordered, tliut the said John Adams do shew causa
at tho next term of this Court, if ony ho have,
why tho copy contained iu the said petition
should not bo established in lieu of Uie original
