Adams, to the late Paul H. Wilkins, deceased,
bearing dale nt Savannah, tho 24th February,
1838, foreighy one dollars, and fifty cents, pay
able to P. 11. Wilkins or bearer, ten days after
date, and also, the accompanying affidavits. It is
ordered, thut tho said John Adams do shew cause
at the next term of this Court, if any ho have,
why the copy contained in the said petition
should not bo established in lieu of tho original
n^e. And also ordered, thut a copy of this Rule
be personally served on the said John Adams if
to be found in the Stnto, and if lie cannot ho
found, then tho said Rule shall be published in
