negro cloth jacket and trowlers ; and took with him
a-great number of other cloths. The above negro
formerly a part the property of Stephen liJount, of’
this ctry. Any person delivering the laid negro to
John Cooper ; or lodge him in jail, fha:j receive tew

RAN-AWAV from the subscriber, on the 9th
day of January laR, a negro man. named .SAiVI
about 27 years of age, yellow complexion, both of
his upper eye teeth of a black colour, as if rot'en
about fix feet high, slender made, talks broken. Hzd
on when he went away, a green cotton negro cloth
jacket and trowfers and took with him a blue coat
and while trowfers.
The above negro was formerly belonging to the
1 Hand of Jamica, has been much at sea, and it 13
believed, designs to ge t on beard fome vefiel in the
harbour of Savannah for the purpose of refumino- that
employment. All i aptai.ts cf vefll-ls are flrictly cau
boned against carrying him off y and all persons are
forbid r o harbour or conceal him under, the severest
penalty cf Lw,
The above reward will be paid s o any person who
will return said negro to me, or ten dollars if lodged
n any gaol and information thereof given so that h
