In addition to the Firs Ordinance, & amend
the same.
\V HEREAS great and alarming injury
may a rife to ri;e City from the neglect
ol Sweeping Chimneys, and the Ordinance
relating thereto is found by experience
to be defective and inadequate to the evil.

Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Sa_

ing of the sixth fi clion of this Ordinance,

city council, forfeit and pay a sum not
exceeding fifty Dollars for each off.nee
