Mays <k Vickery, setting forth
that a pare ol lot No. 5, in the
town ci Sc, Mary’s had been du
ly mortgaged by one Thadeus
Parkifs to the said Me(Trs. Hays
& Vickery, for the consideration
of fixry-eight dollars and eight
cents, which had never yet been
paid, and praying a foredofure
of the equity of redemption.
On motion of Mr. Jackson,
it is ordered. That the principal,
interest and coils be paid into

demption will from thenceforth
be forcclofed.—And it is further
ordered, in purfuancc of said ad,
