RUNAWAY about the tenth of January
last, during the fubferiher’s able, ce in
jEngland, two Negro Fellows (Caddy and
Romeo,) the former of whom was my wai
ting min and particularly well known in this
city and its environs. CAdy is well made,
* twenty-seven years of age, and about five
feet leven inches high, ra’her round shoulder

diis countenance.
ROMEO is a rough Carpenter, and was
[formerly well known about thi* place, he is
[well made, about five feet fix niches hi Sh
[thirty fix year* old with a large mouth and
big belly, when spoken too, puts hrs hands
in his breeches pneke-ts and affuines an air of
consequence. The last time they were seen
was at White Bluff fuppol'ed to be on their
way to m v plantatien on St. Catherines Idand,
there is great probability that they have made
their way towards Florida. Whoever secures
these fellows in any Goal in this state, or in
any manner whatsoever, wherein the fub
feribeemay poffeis them, frail be entitled to
the above reward, or one hundred dollars for
either of theta.

States, againil one pipe of French
Brandy, brought into the port of
St. M .iry’s in the district aforesaid,
(rom Suv/annah, in the District
aforesaid, in the Sloop Polly of
St. Mary’s, George Stewart now,
or lately nufter; Rating, that
.he pipe of French Brandy, so
brought as aforesaid, was not
branded or otherwile marked,
and unaccompanied with a cer
tificate, from the surveyor, or
other chief officer of infptction,
within the port, or District of the
United States, in which the said
pipe of Brandy was landed, in
diredl violation of an aft of Con
gress, entitled “ An act to regu
late the collection of duties on
imports and tonnages, passed the
second day of March, one thou
faud seven hundred and nenery
nine, whereby the said pipe of
Brandy has become forleitcd to
the United States.
Now therefore you the said
