FOR a Gold Musical and Repeating WATCII,
which was siolen from the Globe Tavern
be ween the Bth and 10th inst. She opens on
the back to wind the music ami time; she plays
a Waltz with variations, and will play at every
hour when properly set. Attached to said
Watch, was a filagree fine gold Chain with four
strands, connected togei her with a snap or lock
et, two seals and key, filagree, set with topas
on the bottom, and on the sides also with small
topas. The Watch was carved on the back “en
gine turned work,” with a small plain- spot in
the middle of the back—the dial was gold.—
Also, a gold secret Ring, set on one side with
hair, and on the other with a pale red cornelian
stone. The above reward w-iil be paid for the
delivery of said articles to

Information Wanted.
A BOUT 50 or forty years ego, a man by tbe
name of DAY (perhaps Thomas, win mar
l ied Mary Warren) removed from Southamp
ton, or some adjacent co"nty in Virginia, to
some of the western or southern states or terri
tories,carrying with him his wife,and, as is sup
posed, two daughters. By the last will and tes
tament of Michael Warren (brother of the said
Mary Day) the children-and grand children of
the said Man, are entitled to a legacy. As it
is supposed the legatees aforesaid are in indi
gent circumstances, it is desirable that they
should have a knowledge of their interest in the
estate of said Warren.
As we are ignorant of their place Gs residence,
we have to request those editors of southern
and western newspapers, who are disposed to
serve the cause of humanity, to give this a place
in their respective papers for three months;
and If they will not do so ivithont a charge then
the editors of the State Gazettes in Tennessee
and Georgia alone, are requested to publish it,
and forward their accounts to Murfresburo, N.
