WILL be disposed of at a low price and on accommodating terms, a valuable tract of I ’and on Lewis’ Creek and on the Altamaha river I 4 miles above the town of Darien, formerly the I property of Mr. Win. Joyner. The tract consists I of 1190 acres, 200 of which are cleared and im- I proved with the ordinary Plantation Houses — I There are about 800 acres of first quality tide I find, suitable for the culture of Rice, Cotton or I Sugar; the remainder high land, with an exten laveknowl fine elevation on which the seitle- I ment is made. I The land is well timbered, and from its conli- Ifluity to a market, will, in its clearing, instead of I incurring expense, produce profit by the sale of I Shingles and other lumber, the proceeds of which I must far exceed the expences of the labor. This I tract is one of the oldest surveys aiulconsequent- Ily best selection of River Swamp land, with an imtcellent pitch of tide, suitable to any species of I culture—having a beautiful scite for a residence I and located at an agreeable distance from the ■ town of Darien, for purposes of business or nlea- Isure.
