Dit I'liliiiE L UK AM UN’S,
Genuine Inti-Rheumatic Salve.
r|MIIS well approved troedy, has liter, by
l many repeated trials found t>. excel all oth
ers as yet offered to the puttie, for the cure of
all 9orts of Rheumatism; its efficacy in giving
speedy relief in this complaint, is astonishing !
not only in easing the pain, hut in di -r.’.ving
the coagulated lymph'which fixes itself on va
rious parts, and by continuing to remain statfe.
ary, produces incureable lameness Moreover
it is an excellent remedy to allay the pain of the
Go,,t, Paralytic Pain, help local Palsy, obviate
Gangrene, remove the Cramp, theTooth-Aci.c,
and the Crick in the back. It is superior to al
most everv other application for burns & scalds,
and if applied immediately, extracts the fire al
most instantaneously. Itmlahibly cures bruis
es and sprains, broken breast, sore nipples, ul
cers and sores. It is good for the mumps, sure
throat, the hooping cough, the piles, and any
kind of pain or ache.
When mercury has been used and by reason
of a cold becomes fixed (as it commonly does)
in the joints, by which means a joint swells, is
still and painful, by applying the Anti-Rheuma
tic Sah e, one may expect to be relieved in a
short lime; however, in some very clistir.ate
cases, or of long standing, the warm-bath may
be had recourse to with advantage, previous to
using the Salve.
The author being well known in the treat
ment and cure of Rheumatism, assures the pub
lie, that neither mercury nor any of ,ts com
pounds, in any shape whatever, nor any ingre
dient injurious to health, enters the composi
tion of the Anti-Rheumatic Salve, winch *s nip.r.
ed to the public not as a cure ail, but as an ex
cellent and as an excellent and safe remedy for
external application, lie relies on the Salve to
recommend itself.
No sea vessel should be without this very val
uable Salve, and all families ought always to
keep it in their houses

Mrandin’s Genuine Anti-Rheumatic Salve, and
anil having had it in my family, and for the good
and benefit of the public, I do recommend it
and particularly to those v. ho are afflicted with
the complainle for which its Author recom

Certificate of David. lyres.
I David Ayres,do hereby testify, that I have
been much troubled with the Cronical Illicit
matism, or Wandering Gout for years, hearing
of Dr. Pierre E Brands n’s Genuine Antt-Rheu
matic Salve, I bought a small box for trial, and
finding it gave me immediate relief, anil answer
ed mv purposes better than any thing of the
kind as yet ottered t > the public, induced me to
buy one of his large boxes One of my daugh
ters for some time was sorely afflicted with
Biles breaking out in various parts of her body,
and were very troublesome to her, she applied
the said salve (as directed) to her biles, in a lew
minutes her biles were easy, and in a short time
cured, therefore, from the giod that land
my family has received from Dr. P. E. B’sGen
uiue Anti- Aheumatic Salve, I freely recommend
it to the public, wishing my fellow” creatures to
be relieredas 1 have been, considering the said
satve as far as my knowledge will admit, to be
an excellent, safe and extraordinary remedy for
external application, and doubt whether any
other can surpass it In faith of which l have
signed and delivered the present certificate in
presence of Peter Wm. Gautier.

To the Public.
f|. CARNOCHAN and P. MITCHELL, are
dJ sorry to be again brought before the public,
by a second notice of Mr. Christie’s, who has
undoubtedly claims against th* m, which, when
finally liquidated on the decision of the suit now

The deeds under which Mr. Chris'ie claims an
exclusive right to all the real and personal es

informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they have
been brought and are still before the court, and
other deeds have been executed and recorded,
conveying the prope ty for the use of all their
creditors, Mr. Christie included, without any
irust or reservation beneficial to C. & M or their

gentleman, it must nevertheless appear fair and
equitable to the public and all who have a sense
of justice.
The Trustees under the late deeds-are anxious
to sell the lands in Florida, alluded to in tiie no

all parties concerned, must be borne until a sale
can be made under an order of court.
