is capable of disintegrating to a depth of fifteen inches
more, there is a total disintegrated dopth of tweniy-
j ;ven inches, and those wao so practice will find that
they leave another farm bs’aeatti that represented on
their map. A smaller size of this Plan, (ono horse)
thinner in the sole and more dart-like in its figure, is no
admirable implement furcuIterating crops, and will de
the work of more than forty men with hoes. With the
corn crop, this too! nine run close alungside the corn,
and to the full depth of twelve inches when the eoru is
bet three inches high, and before the roots occupy the
space between the rows; this will lift the soil, move ev
ery com plant with tho soil, end lbr so slight a distance
as nut t > separate) Die particles from the roots, yet so
’completely loosening the muss that tho plant may he
picked up with the fi-ngers. This is more thorough c«l-

leaving the soil in better tilth and cutting off no roots.
More than twenty thousand of these Plows were sold
last year.
