at the rate of sixteen hundred dollars. The lot is
city property, paying ground rent annually of
twenty-five dollars, ordered rent fee simple’ on
the payment of about five hundred dollars.
Also —the Lot no. 4, in Vernon-tything, Heath
coat-ward, fronting on President-street, occu
pied at present by mrs. M. Miller, in fee simple,
