for said county, by Randolph M‘Gillis, Esq.
Sheriff, for said County. Isaac Clayton and
Abner Barrel, which had been t aken by him
the laid Sheriff ; Said Clayton, on a charge,
by the oath of William Plow den, of having
feloneoufly taken, and carried away, Seven
head of Cattle, the property of said William
Plowden, and said Harrell, charged by the

ed away, Six head of Cattle, the property of
the laid Nathan Atkinson and William Gor
mon, appearing before John King and Thomas
King, Esquires, and us, after the arrest of the
