From 350 to 400 acres of prime Vtver
Tide-Land, on the Jfland of Argyle, im
mediately oppolite to his Coleraine Edate.
Also, 200 to 300 acres of Prime
Tide-Land, on the lower point of Hutch
inson’s Island, nearly oppolite the City of
Savannah.
The greatedpajt ofthefe Lands are clear
and uniter Bank, and from which a large
Crop of Rice may be made the ensuing year.
A future and approved purchaser can
be accommodated with an extrnfive credit,
and a very conljderable reduction in price
will be given to thole who can pay a large
proportion or the whole in money.
In the event of the Subscriber felling
both Trails, an approved Purchaser may
be supplied with 50 to 100 seasoned

Robbery,
On John's River, bast- Florida.
ON the 16th November, 1813, by a
party of irmrd men, under the command
of a Col. Samuel Alexander, calling them
lelves patriots, came to the Subscribers,
and took off seven SLAVES, valuable
country born, viz :
DAVE, a very fenfi'ole country born
fellow, somewhat over five feet high, if
quedioned will give a true account of all
the circuit)fiances, the names of the plun
derers, &c.
FANNY, his sider of a yellow com
plexion, about four feet nine or ten inches
high, very lenfible.
JERRY, a mulatto lad, son to the a
bove wench Fanny, about eighteen years
of age, about five feet, two inches high.
JOE, a mulatto lad, son to the above
wench Fanny, about fifteeen years of
age, about four feet, nine or ten inches
high.
PHILIS, a mulatto girl, daughter to
the above wench Fanny, about twelve
years of age, about four feet four or five
inches high.
PEGGY, a Negro Girl daughter to
the above wench Fanny, about 8 years
of age, and about four feet high, has a
final) fear near the hinder part of the
right fide of her head occasioned by fire.
A reward of 20 Dollars each,
Will be paid for fmtiing laid Negroes
in any part of the United States, so that
the Subscriber can get them, and all rea
sonable expences paid exefufive, if deliv
ered at St. Man’s, Georgia, or at Fer
nandina, Amelia Island.
