Egypt and Its Momiinems.

work expected irom Dr. Bepsius. It is interesting
as giving traces of the famous labyrinth, mentioned
by Herodotus, up to the time of Lcpsiue, undis
covered.

contains a notice of a recently published volumo

famous Egyptian traveller, Lcpsins. Tnis notice
is written by M. Ampere, who in- also been a tra
veller in Egypt and at one time a « mpanion of M.
Lepsius. Li psits *, us it is well known, acted at
the bond of a seisin itio expedition to Egypt ordered
