William S. Hawthorn in and to all that lot or parcel of
land, with the improvements thereon, in tho mortgage
deed described in tne manner following, to wit: a certain
tract or parcel of land, being a part of lot number (two
hundred und thirty-eight, (238) in the fifth district of said
county, containing one hundred and sixty-five, (165) acres
