will permanently remain. Ills spring season will
commence the brat day’of this month, and continue till the
first ;Of July next. His blood is pure, and compotont
judges havo pronounced him the finest Arabian that has
been introduced into tlip United States within the last 20
years. Ho was purchased hy one of the subscribers from
Captain Read, or the frigate Constellation, by whom he
was exported from Tunis in tho fall of 1834.
Arrangements have been made to havo mares kept in
tho neighborhood at 371 a day, or $10 per month.

ties, or hy tlm single mill, for tho State ol Georgia alone.
'I’lie mill is designed for horse power, nnd is simple in it»
construction, there being bul little machinery about it, nnd
can bo built by any good joint workman. 'I’nocostof Ilia
mill will not exceed $<ttifor $700: nud, Indecdi <hc actunl
cost, or money required to build ono of these mills, with
a grent many men, will not 'much exceed that of tho cot
ton machine now in use fn this State, for wlion the farmer
can have much of tlio work done In building a cotton ma
chine, lm can also have much nf tho work done in building
one of these mills and thereby save the paying out of
some 2 or 3 hundred dollars. It is believed that one good
draught horse will saw the rise of a ihousund feet of tim-
bor in a day; nt any rate the inventor oft* is improvement
will warhant two horses to cut twelvo hundred feet in
the dny, mid those horses to stand tho labor ns well or bet
