the City of Columbus, that Books of subscrip
tion to iho -Stock of tho ” Chnttuhoochio Rail
Road and Bunking Company of Georgia,” be op
ened in this City, under the superintendence of
nine Commissioners, on the 3d Monday iu .March
next, and on the snmo day, under the superin-1
tendance of throe commissioners at the follow
ing places, viz : Hamilton, Harris county, La-
Grange, Troup county, Greenville, Meriwether
couniy, Talbotton, Talbot county, Fayettevillo,
Fayette county, Cnrupbellton, Campbell county,
Decatur, DcKulb copp.ty, Franklin, Heard coun-
