IT appearing lo the Court by the petition of Al
lred Iverson, that owe Richard Jones, heretofore
to-wit; on the twenty-third day of April, 1838, made
and delivered to Seymour R. Bonner,his certain deed
of Mortgage in. and upon “ all that property situated,
lying and being in the city of Columbus, and county
and State aforesaid, known is “Social Hall,” lying
on Broad Street, immediately north ofthe (then)
Store-house of Messrs. Harper, Thornton, St Lev
mgsion, containing thirty-four feet in front, on Broad
street, and running back 147 feet ten inches, main
taining the same width all the way through,” and
that ssid deed of mortgage, was made lo soenra the
payment of a certain promissory note, made by the
sard Richard to tie said Bonner, for the sum of
tbirty-aine hundred end forty dollars, with interest
slier one year, from the date of the same, sad brar
ingdfte, the fourth day of December, eighteen bund
red and thirty-six, payable two years nf erda's ; and
that afterwards to-wit, on the fourteenth day of M arch
eighteen hundred and forty-four, the said deed of
mortgage, together with said promtsrory nose, were
transfered ar.d (assigned, by the said Bonner to Ihe
said Ireroon.and that said promissory note remains
wholly unpaid. It is on motion, ordered, that the
ssid Richard Jones, do pay into this Court, on or be
fore the first day of the next Term thereof, the amount
which may be doe and owing upon said promissory
note, or in default thereof, that he shew cause al said
Term, why Ills Equity of Redemption in and to the
■aid mortgaged premises, should not be thence for
ever barred and foreclosed. and a judgment entered
up for the amount due upon ssid proniiseory note, and
s Rule absolute grantrd for the sale of sad property,
recording to law.
Anri it is further ordered, That this Rule be serv
ed by publication in one of the gazettes of the city of
Columbus, once a month for four mouths prior to the
nest Term of this Court.

the first Tuesday in November next, with*a the legal
hours of agreeable to an order of the Infeuor
court of-aid county ’vhen sittir g for ordinary pur
poses, that valuable and much admired settlement of
land, so favorable known as the “Key to Woolfolk**
Brnif,” lying in the seventh district of said county,
including lot No. thirty-five, fractional lot No. thirty
