Mills, as I learn, and Abraham makes his head quar
ters about Taihotton having a wife in that viciuuy.
Tho above reward will bd paid for their apprehension
and safe keeping, ’till I eel possession of them.

House of Representatives uj the Slate of Georgia , m
General Assembly nut, and it is hereby unacted by
the authority of the same, that whenever this act shall
have pa st'd 111 accordance with the nquirmenls of
the Constitution of tins State, the following shall bo
adopted in lieu of ihe sai 1 seventh section.—Each
county of this State sh .11 have one lt< presentalive,

three-fifths of Ihe people of color, shall have two
Representatives and if any new county shall he
