the 11th instil was called in great haste to the house
of a fellow citizen; (Air. Lee.) where I found his son
laboring under a most alarming attack ofCynanchc
Tracnealis (Croup) and apparently beyond the aid of
remedy. By the greatest good fortune, however, I
had in my pocket a broken box of your pills—four of
whtchT administered.'with sucli immediate bappy
effect that In a few minutes my patient was at ease,
and out of danger. .This case, in connection with
my name is at your service—and I have the pleasure
to be able to infirm you that your inestimable medi
cine is.in such great favorwith the fasulty here, that
