larger than the other; is a natural pacer, or trots very
little. When lust heard from was in about nine miles
ot Monticello, Jasper county. I will pay the above
reward for said mule delivered to me at Mr. Skelton
Napier’s plantation, or I will pay $15 for information

Court for the trausaetion pf civil business will be held
on the secoud Thursday (the 9th day) of October next,
and monthly thereafter on the second Thursday in
each month until further notice.
The first Court for the trial of claims over one hun
dred dollars will be held on the second Thursday in
November next and quarterly thereafter until further
