ly 21st, 1868, be, ana the same are hereby confirmed
as fully as if the same had been granted by this Gen-'

years granted - by said ordinance for the enjoyment Of
said franchise be, and the same is hereby j extended to

be so amended that the said company
shall have- : the --right--to extend said rail
road to any point on Green Island, and also to
Thunderbolt, upon the same terms as to right of way

corporation in making snob extensions as are already

also, that tho, width of the, right of way shall be one
hundred feet—that is fifty feet from the centreof the
road bed—and also, that the time allowed for calling fo.
