Frank Phillip*, drunk and down, waa fined ten dol
lars and costa, or fifteen days imprisonment.
Celia McDermott alias Celia Floyd, for being found
drunk and disorderly on the street, waa aent up for
thirty daye. It la but a few days sines sb* was re
leased from prison upon promise of reformation.
James Carroll thought he wonld hart a little fun,
ml so got very drunk, and in the end made much
disturbance. He waa fined ten dollars and costa.
onng clerk had deviated from the strict rules of

dollars and costs, and left.
The Intendaut of Canuefa Bow appeared for the
second time' this month, and gracefully acknowledged
